Finance	Qualified CA/ICWA.
Legal	Graduate in Law (3 years/5 years) with 60% marks.
Marketing & Sales	Recognized Degree with a 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing with a minimum of 60% marks.
Materials Management	Engineering Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Management with a minimum of 60% marks.
Personnel & HR	Graduate with a 2-year Full-Time Postgraduate Degree/PG Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management with at least 60% marks.
Security	Graduate with relevant experience in Officer/Executive Cadre with Armed Forces/CPO/PSUs/Private Organizations.
