Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 21 years and 30 years as on 01.04.2024.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Final year students may apply provisionally.

Recruitment Process

Phase I: Preliminary Examination

The preliminary examination consists of three sections conducted online with a total of 100 marks:

The marks obtained in this phase, along with the Main Examination, will be normalized to 100 for the final selection.

Final Selection

The final merit list will be prepared by aggregating the normalized scores of Phase II (Main Examination) and Phase III (Group Exercise & Interview). Candidates will be selected from the top merit-ranked candidates in each category.

Emoluments

The starting basic pay is ₹48,480 (with four increments) in the scale of ₹48,480-₹85,920. The total CTC at the initial scale is approximately ₹18.67 Lacs at the Mumbai Centre. Employees are entitled to additional allowances such as DA, HRA, and Medical Facility as per the bank’s rules.
